I have this skirt. I love it. It's light cotton and covered in red poppies. It makes me feel flirty and pretty AND my pair of Dorothy Ruby Red Slippers finishes off the look perfectly...well almost perfectly. You see, I just haven't seemed to find the right top for it.
Then, while perusing one of my favorite I-Dream-Of-Owning-Everything-In-The-Store stores, I found this little number:

Sooooo pretty and the color is delicious! But because I burn through my monthly slush by the 31st, sometimes the 30th and occasionally the 29th of the previous month, it may take a little while to acquire this little piece of tee-shirt perfection.

I say it is so worth the wait until you gather the money. Put five dollars a week away, and in a few months you'll have it (for fall??) I would automatically put it on the card, but I will not give that advice, because you don't want to be bad like me. ;o)
Eventually I will take a pattern-making/draping class, and then I'll totally make it for you.
