Little Purple Pansies Touched With Yellow Gold...

One of my very favorite people in all of Florida is my friend Maggie. The other day, she brought us over a wonderful housewarming gift....

We were in total agreement over where these ought to go...the flower boxes under the windows!

There simply is just one thing to do in a situation such as this.

One must dig out their old Miss Teen of Utah Pageant dress from the 10th grade...

(Which is another reason to adore Maggie, she's helped me to see the error of my past puffed sleeved and bow-front bodice ways)

And invite all of my forest friends over for a tea party.

Only, I forgot the window box planter.

Have I mentioned how much I love window boxes?

Have I mentioned how much I dislike skunks?

The skunks are soooo not invited.

I didn't think it was possible, but I love you even more!

My stars! You still fit in a dress you wore in the 10th grade? I am in AWE!
BTW...you look just like the Disney princess doll my granddaughter was playing with this morning! Marvelous!

You're beautiful! You remind me of Giselle from "Enchanted", you make everything more fun! I would love to see a picture of your new house!

Love this post!! Can I just say you look absolutely princessy perfect! If there ever is a play for Sleeping Beauty, YOU could be Princess Aurora! How are your high notes? :)

Quintessential Trishelle! Trish, you are fabulous! And obviously I need to talk to you about what you're doing! I can't even THINK about fitting into a dress I wore 10 years ago, let alone 17!

oh my! hilarious!!! You made me laugh SOOOOOO hard! I love it! You are so fun! Thanks for sharing!! Way to go, not putting on a mommy pound! I'm 15 lbs away from fitting into anything I wore when I was a sophmore and 25 lbs away from what I weighed when I married Mont. I'm happy for you! I'd also love to see pics from the house.
